Η κάσα από ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι 316L έχει διαστάσεις 39mm x 12mm, με λεία στεφάνη και κρύσταλλο ζαφειριού με αντιανακλαστική επίστρωση. Το γκρι καντράν συνδυάζεται με μαύρο δερμάτινο λουράκι και αναδιπλούμενο κούμπωμα deployant.
Ο αυτόματος Asian 23J με διακόσμηση τύπου JLC 868 (A868 V2) διαθέτει ενδείξεις ώρας, λεπτών, δευτερολέπτων, ημέρας, ημερομηνίας, μήνα, έτους και φάσης σελήνης. Η ονομασία Perpetual Calendar περιγράφει τη σειρά και τη διάταξη των ενδείξεων, χωρίς να επιβεβαιώνει τον μηχανισμό αυτόματης διόρθωσης δίσεκτων ετών του αυθεντικού.
