The 316L stainless steel case measures 39mm x 12mm, with a smooth bezel and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The gray dial is paired with a black leather strap and a folding deployant clasp.

The automatic Asian 23J with JLC 868-style decoration (A868 V2) features hour, minute, seconds, day, date, month, year and moon-phase displays. The Perpetual Calendar designation describes the collection and layout of the displays, without confirming the original model's automatic leap-year correction mechanism.
