The original Standard warranty provided with your purchase for all our products covers all physical wear and tear and functionality (mechanism), does not cover wear and tear caused by use such as broken bracelets.

The extender plan provides a guarantee for all wear and tear, such as repair of a broken bracelet (not replacement), replacement of a broken glass, bezel, etc.

With the purchase of each Extender Plan the warranty is extended from 6 to 24 months and 6 to 48 months respectively.

*The purchase of the guarantee is made with the initial purchase of the product and not afterwards and it only concerns the product and not the transport costs.

Swiss Made products come with a free 24 -month warranty package.

SHIPMENT

Shipments are processed within 24 hours of placement, all shipments to Greece & Cyprus are sent via ACS Courier.

For international shipments we will serve via DHL or UPS.

In any case, from the moment of shipment you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the shipping information (tracking number, link), so that you can see in real time where your order is.

RETURN

All returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the moment of their receipt, a condition for accepting the return whether it is due to a change is that the product is in its original condition without having been damaged (including packaging, documents, etc.).
