SHIPPING
Shipments are processed within 24 hours of placement. All shipments for Greece & Cyprus are sent via ACS Courier.
For international shipments, you will be served via DHL or UPS.
In any case, from the moment of dispatch, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with shipping details (tracking number, link), so you can track your order in real-time.

RETURNS
All returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. A prerequisite for a return to be accepted, whether for an exchange, is that the product must be in its original condition without damage (including packaging, documents, etc.).
In any case, you must inform us before returning the products. If you have not informed us, the product will be returned to the sender.
For a change-of-mind return, send the product by courier after contacting us. The customer arranges and pays the return shipping costs directly to the courier.
