Το φωτεινό ασημί-λευκό καντράν αναδεικνύει τους λεπτούς δείκτες και την ένδειξη ημερομηνίας και φάσης σελήνης στη θέση 6. Η κάσα από ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι 316L έχει διαστάσεις 39mm x 10,5mm, με λεία ατσάλινη στεφάνη και κρύσταλλο ζαφειριού με αντιανακλαστική επίστρωση. Το μαύρο δερμάτινο λουράκι κλείνει με αναδιπλούμενο κούμπωμα deployant.
Η έκδοση Z+F Super Clone χρησιμοποιεί αυτόματο ασιατικό SA925 τύπου JLC 925, με ενδείξεις ώρας, λεπτών, δευτερολέπτων, ημερομηνίας και φάσης σελήνης, όχι αυθεντικό μηχανισμό Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Το Q1368420 αποτελεί reference του αυθεντικού μοντέλου βάσης. Το βάρος περίπου 67g αφορά καταγεγραμμένο αυθεντικό Q1368420 και όχι την πωλούμενη έκδοση Z+F.
