The Cartier Santos de Cartier Small 27 mm by 8848F features a red dial and steel SmartLinks bracelet. The compact case retains the signature Santos geometry, exposed screws and bezel that follows the dial's outline.
Design and dial
The minimalist red dial uses metallic hands and lets the colour take centre stage, without Roman numerals or a date window. The Small edition has a more discreet wrist presence than larger Santos models.
Case, dimensions and crystal
This replica edition measures 27 × 34 mm and 7.5 mm thick. The 316L stainless steel case has a polished steel bezel that contrasts with the brushed surfaces. A sapphire crystal protects the dial.
Movement and functions
A battery-powered Ronda quartz movement drives two hands displaying hours and minutes, with no need for daily winding.
Bracelet and clasp
The steel SmartLinks bracelet follows the case's lines with its characteristic flat links and exposed screws. A folding clasp secures it on the wrist.
