Shipments are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Deliveries to Greece and Cyprus use ACS Courier. International deliveries use DHL or UPS.
After dispatch, you will receive the tracking details by email or SMS.

Shipping is free for orders of 450 EUR or more.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition, including its packaging and accompanying documents.
Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior notice will be sent back to the sender.
For a change-of-mind return, send the product by courier after contacting us. The customer arranges and pays the return shipping costs directly to the courier.
